Refund Policy

Refund Period: Our refund policy allows for returns within 30 days of the purchase date. 

Eligibility: Due to hygiene requirement’s; some of our products are unable to be refunded and we can not process a refund due to ‘change of mind’. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be faulty. If the item is faulty; the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Process: If you wish to initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team. They will guide you through the process and provide you with the necessary instructions. Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, we will process your refund.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited back to your card. If you paid by cash or cheque, a refund cheque will be mailed to you.

Non-Refundable Items: Please note that certain items are non-refundable. These include perishable goods, such as pet food, as well as personalized or customized items. Additionally, any item that is not in its original condition or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for a refund.

Shipping Costs: While we strive to provide free shipping on most orders, please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer support team. They will assist you in finding the right product and guide you through the exchange process.
